CC139 – Secolul 21 al Comunicarii

Dezvoltarea in tehnologie da o noua forma comunicarii interpersonale, de asemenea si comunicarii in masa, modului cum facem publicitate, organizam si ce strategie adoptam in cadrul afacerilor. Cunoasterea ca de la studentii se asteapta tot mai mult sa demonstreze se transforma. Abilitatile secolului 21 includ : tehnologia instructiei informatiei si a comunicarii (ITC), abilitatea de a gandi si de a rezolva probleme, abilitati interpersonale si auto directionale, constienta globala si financiara, economica, a afacerilor si instructia civica. Acest curs va fi livrat on-line prin intermediul unui parteneriat unic cu Universitatea Apple`s iTunes. La cerere, vor fi disponibile pentru studenti cursuri video in fiecare saptamana pentru a le viziona impreuna cu mici transferuri saptamanale si patru mari transferuri de-a lungul cursului.

CC 250 – Supravegherea in Industria Hoteliera

Acest curs de Supraveghere in Industria Hoteliera este conceput sa le introduca studentilor intelegerea corecta a unei comunicari clare, a responsabilitatii de supraveghere, orientare si training, sa manevreze productivitatea si sa controleze costurile muncii, sa evalueze si arbitreze, disciplina, preocupare speciala pentru supraveghere, team-building, controlul conflictului, managementul timpului si controlul schimbarii.

CC 323 – Destinatia Management & Marketing

Curs AH&LA;: Acest curs va acorda studentilor o intelegere de baza a rolurilor destinatiei organizatiilor de management (DMOs) si conventia si vizitatorii birourilor (CVBs) care actioneaza in industria turismului. Toate aspectele operatiunilor organizatiei sunt acoperite, incluzand servicii, cercetare, dezvoltarea produsului, resurse umane and management financiar.

CC 374 - Revenue Management

AH&LA; Course: This course will give students a basic understanding of the revenue management process. It addresses the proper use and importance of revenue management in hospitality operations and describes the wide range of elements that must be considered in order to use revenue management effectively.
